Our wholly owned subsidiary Douglas Trustees Limited is a licensed Trust Corporation in the Isle of Man. Through Douglas Trustees Limited we are able to offer the incorporation and management of all Isle of Man corporate vehicles and have the facility to also arrange the incorporation and management of companies incorporated in other jurisdictions.
We have three staff members dedicated to the company formation and administrative activities carried out by Douglas Trustees Limited.
Richard Costain and Alison Riley are responsible for the acceptance of new corporate service business.
