Jason Kelly trained with Stuart Smalley & Co LLC and was admitted as a Solicitor in England and Wales in September 2006. Jason practices in the areas of trusts, commercial and corporate law together with intellectual property. He has particular experience assimilating forensic accounting with legal transactions, particularly in the field of tax and trusts.
